Preine was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He moved to OH sometime between 1920 and 1930 and worked for the railroad. On the 1930 US Census he is living in Blendon, Franklin Co., and is married to Edna. I'm trying to find info on his marriage (probably married 1927). Any help will be appreciated.
