Circleville Herald, 12-09-1938 Transcribed by Joyce Robinson JOAHUA COSTLOW IS DEAD AT 74 OF PARALYSIS A stroke of paralysis suffered seven months ago caused death at 5 p.m. Thursday of Joshua G. Costlow, 74, at his home, Barnes avenue. Mr. Costlow was a native of Vinton county, born Aug. 4, 1864, a son of Joshua and Elizabeth Seymour Costlow. The funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the M.S. Rinehart funeral home with burial in Harrison township cemetery. Mr. Costlow is survived by three children, Fred of Ashville and Mrs. May Logsdon and Clyde Costlow of Columbus, in addition to two brothers, J. W., of Ashville, and Albert, of Lockbourne.
