Maybe Laura was her middle name and went by that instead of her given name. How old was she? What were some of the siblings names? I could look through the census pages of the home if I could have a siblings name that you knew was already there. Maybe you have done this already?? I cannot make any promised but I would love to provide any info on the home possible. I work for Franklin County Children Services. We have trivia every once in awhile. There maybe certain things available. While I know for sure many records still exists, they are not open to us. Privacy, etc. I have oftern wished they could do a project and open the info. I was told, there are records from the 1800's.> To: [email protected]> Date: Sat, 8 Mar 2008 08:58:03 -0500> From: [email protected]> Subject: Re: [OHFRANKL] Franklin County Children's Home> > Maybe Laura was her middle name and went by that instead of her given > name.
