I don't know how far back probate court records go but they might be there in the domestic relations division. I have found records as far back as 1920 in Franklin Co. Don't be afraid to call them and ask. You'll get best results by calling ahead and getting a contact person to send the request to at the court. Phone number is available online via a web search.
