If someone was born in 1861 in Briggsdale, Ohio, could you tell me where I would go for information please? Norma/Ohio

HI I'm an Ohioan, but just now I'm in Oregon. I found Briggsdale just south of Columbus. According to the oldish map I have, it appears to be north of 270 and south of I-70 apparently where Harrisburg Pike (n/s road) and Frank Rd (e/w road) cross. I'm from north of Dayton, and know Columbus, but am not at all familiear with Briggsdale. I'd go right to Columbus for what you may be looking for. Or, if there's a library there in Briggsdale, try it. Best of Luck to you.
