I've "rescued" two old photographs which both appear to belong to the HOLMAN Family of Ohio. The first is identified as that of Annie Leonne HOLMAN and was taken at the J. M. Elliott Studio in Columbus, Ohio. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Annie appearing to be in her teens or 20's at the time it was taken. The second photograph is one of a woman identified only as HOLMAN. This second photograph was taken at the M. Witt Studio in Columbus, OH. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1860's or 1870's with the woman in the photograph appearing to be in her teens or 20's at the time. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding this family: Annie Leonne HOLMAN was b. 7 Nov 1865 in Columbus, OH to parents Charles HOLMAN (b. Aug 1823 in Jamestown, NY) and Cinderella HULL (b. 14 Jan 1832 in Richmond, PA). The couple had 4 children including, Harry Norton; George Gibbs; Annie Leonne; and Nellie Mooar HOLMAN all born between 1856 and 1870 in Warren, PA or Columbus, OH. Annie married John Graham DUN (b. 31 Oct 1855 in Columbus, OH) on 2 Feb 1886 in Columbus, OH and together they had 2 children, Charles Holman; and Elizabeth Steele DUN, both born in Columbus, OH in 1887 and 1891 respectively. Annie died in Seattle, WA on 3 Mar 1951. Census records provide the following information: 1870 census of Columbus, OH: Chas C.
