Hi Tony, Have you gotten any help with your obit request? If not, what I use is the Columbus Library, excerpt follows from one of their emails to me. "E-mail a librarian" icon on our home page, http://www.columbuslibrary.org, or call the library at 614-645-2275." To use the website: (& not incur any long distance charges on your phone) You go online to this addy, go to CML databases on left of page, next page- click 'Columbus News Index', type "your ancestor name" at search box of next page, and click GO. This is the page I got for your obit: http://www.columbuslibrary.org/cmlcnix/searchresults.cfm Then email them using "Ask a Librarian" on their home page. Tell them the name, newspaper, date, page, etc and they will email you back the obit. (Mine have arrived in an hour or so!) According to the librarian, you are permitted to request up to 5 per day for no charge--if they send them via email to you. Snail mail may be different. Email seems fine to me, as it is a scan of the actual newspaper article. This is a great service. Best of luck.
