    3. The Ohio Historical Society has cemetery books for some Franklin Co., OH cemeteries and microfilm of Green Lawn and possibly others. Some of the Franklin Co. cemeteries are also on-line. I also believe the Genealogical Society on W. Broad used to have them (not sure). Many of the individual cemeteries will provide you with a numbered cemetery map that will show the location of particular graves. Some cemetery records are only kept by the townships or churches. -----Original Message----- From: Joyce Zentz [mailto:tadpole@cornhusker.net] Sent: Monday, July 19, 2004 6:11 PM To: OHFRANKL-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [OHFranklin] Re: William McComb b. 1757 d. 1835 Truro The summer of 1994 my niece found information on my great great great grandparents graves in Blendon Old Church Pioneer Cemetery Blendon Twp., Franklin Co., Ohio in a book on Ohio cemeteries at Historical Society in Des Moines. Iowa. I don't suppose this will do anyone any good unless they are going to be in Des Moines, Iowa. I don't know why the book would be there and not anywhere in Ohio. My niece wishes she had copied more from the book since she has never gotten back there. I have never been there myself. Hope this helps someone somehow. J M Zentz ===================================================== ----- Original Message ----- Does anyone have Cemetery Plot Plans for the graves in the various cemeteries in Ohio. So I grave site might be located, especially after the erosion of the Marker Stone. In Virginia, we had Cemetery Book that covered location and listing the many grave sites.. ==== OHFRANKL Mailing List ==== Listowner Email is 73777.25@compuserve.com or MaggieOhio@columbus.rr.com To search this list go to http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl and enter OHFRANKL for the list name.
