He married Vera Lowe. Cleveland was born c.1920. Vera is still alive but is not willing to release any information. Cleveland and Very had two children that I know of: Cleveland Douglas Brown born 04 Jul 1954 and Mary Brown. As far as I know Cleveland Brown left the family when the children were young and was never heard of again. His last known residence was in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.
