If he is dead there should be a Social Security listing for him. All of the last 5 years are not yet listed but, before the past 5 years, if he passed, he should be in there. Hi. I'm intrigued by your story, albeit I don't know what it's about. I just went thru the social security number thing. If BROWN did not collect any SSI benefits, he won't show up on the SSDI. If you are related, take his death cert to a SS office and tell them why you want it and see if they'll give the number to you, etc. Take your ID too. It worked for me.
