Clarence's father, Francis Marion and my husband's g-grandmother were siblings. We are in Idaho, so no, I didn't know Clarence. I have the following, which was forwarded to me by another cousin. She found an abstract from the Lancaster Gazette (published next door in Fairfield County) which has the marriage of Clarence Peer to Ethel V. Nunemaker, October 19, 1916.
