Hi! Michael O'Dea was baptised at St. Patrick Church in Columbus, February 12, 1860. His parents are named as John and Mary O'Dea. Extracts of the record can be obtained from St. Patrick. It may take some time for a reply so be patient. Hi! I am not sure about the census, but you might try the following: 1. There may be some info at the Ohio Historical Society. Try their on-line library catalogy at http://www.ohiohistory.org, library/archives. 2. Contact the Catholic Record Society, Donald Schlegel. The address is: 197 E. Gay St., Columbus, Ohio 43215. Hi! The best place would be the Franklin County Courthouse. The deeds are well kept and indexed. There are a few deeds missing in the very first deed books, otherwise complete.
