Can't tell you about Weisheimer Road = Wise home road; but, can tell you about Glenmont Road in Clintonville: Fr. GUENTHER from the Danville / Glenmont area of Holmes County was given the honor to name one street in Clintonville. He said the street he named Glenmont reminded him of Glenmont, Ohio his home are. In truth, it does truly remind one of Glenmont, Holmes, OH! ----- Original Message ----- From: <tami308@juno.com> To: <OHFRANKL-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, December 20, 2004 9:36 PM Subject: [OHFranklin] Weisheimer Road > > Hi List: > > Could someone please tell me who Weisheimer Road was named after? > > Thanks. > Tami Johnston > New Orleans, LA > > JOHNSTON/HOFFMAN/HUFFMAN/WEISHEIMER/SPROUL(E)/KEISEL/SHERWOOD/ > HOERNER/ZWEIFEL/DOCLAUR/ and many many more > > ________________________________________________________________ > Juno Gift Certificates > Give the gift of Internet access this holiday season. > http://www.juno.com/give > > > ==== OHFRANKL Mailing List ==== > Franklin County, Ohio OHGenWeb > http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohfrankl/ > >
I wish I knew where my Brandt's came from? I am sorry. I do know that there were Brant's in PA because someone sent me info on the Holler family. A Holler married into the Brandt's. I thought I had a match then with Mary Oller thinking I had read every thing wrong and her name was Holler and not Oller but no such luck. I wish I could answer your question. On the things that I have for William Brant he does not say where his father was from. ON death record, or marriage record or anything. Merry Christmas and thanks for getting back with me, Norma/Ohio
Hello Norma/Ohio Do you know if your Brandt family originated in PA? And, was in Fairfield/Perry County in the 1830? Hello List Members, I have been working on my family tree in another County and I am not sure what all is available to ask some one to do a Lookup for me. Does any one have a list of the people who died after 1937. I know that the OHS has the deaths to search up to 1937 but my cousin must have died after that. My cousin, Albert A. Clark, was born in Columbus, Franklin County abt. 1903. according to the census. His father was Isaac Jackson Clark, Jr. (Isaac Jackson Clark, Sr. was my great grandfather) According to my 95 year old first cousin, once removed, Albert had married & had a family but she lost contact with him. Can any one help me? Thanks, Deloris
