Grove City Record, May 22, 1931 Transcribed by Joyce Robinson DEATH OF MRS. KUNZ The community in and about Galloway are mourning, this week, over the death of MRS. BERTHA KUNZ, a most highly respected woman, active in church and community affairs, who passed away at White Cross Hospital, Columbus, Tuesday. Mrs. Kunz had been in failing health during the past year. A host of relatives and warm friends are left to mourn the passing of this good woman, among whom are her husband, DELMAR K. KUNZ; four daughters, the Misses VERNA, MILDRED, VIOLA, and MARTHA; a son, PAUL; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. JOHN REENER; five brothers and two sisters. The deceased was a member of the St. Jacob's Luthern Church, two and a half miles north of Rome, where she will be sadly missed, as she was always active in the affairs of the church. Two daughters were con- firmed in that church last Sunday, but because of illness the mother was not permitted to be present to witness the sacred event. She has been a resident of the community for the past sixteen years. Funeral services were conducted from St. Jacob's Church Thursday afternoon by her pastor, and burial was made in the Galloway cemetery. The family is receiving the sympathies of an entire community in their loss. **************The year's hottest artists on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. Go to AOL Music.
