Look on the GENFORUM message boards under the name HOLDREN. There were lots of Holdren Familys from Marietta Co. Vinton Co. Athens Co. Adams Co. etc in Southren OH in the 1800s. I do not know your particular family. I did have a Francis "Frank Holdren" marry an Ellen Willis in Ross Co. in 1880.
