SLUSHER License: Issued the 22" day of October A.D. 1896 to the above named parties (sig) H. M. Blessing P. J. By (sig) M. J. Sturgeon Dep. Clk. 10439 Affidavit The State of Ohio, Fayette County, ss. Oscar Glass having made applicaton for a license for himself and Dessie G. SLUSHER and being duly sworn says that he is of the age of twenty-one years, and has no wife living, and that she is of the age of sixteen years, a resident of said County, and has no husband living, and that said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins.
