Can someone do a look up for me? I am looking for the birth date of Faye Evenly HARPER she was supports to be born on 24 Mar 1889 to C.M. HARPER and Vada MERSHON IN Fayette Co. OH. But in the Index to Registration of birth for Fayette it list her being born 1 Apr 1899 vol. 3, page 54, book 3, 1896-1908. Also their is a Raymond Ulric HARPER born 28 Oct 1887 vol.3, page 264, book 3, 1896 - 1908 could he be Fayes brother. Thank You Candy
