She was married by licence obtained by grooms father and lines from her father-- [no attachment of lines on record that was found for me], on 27th Dec. 1844, in Fairfield County -to- Jonas Painter. They lived in Violet, Fairfield in 1850. There was a Thomas D. Cla[y]baugh living in Violet in 1860/70 [with 3rd wife Mary]. Please does anyone know of a way to ascertain if Thomas is the father of Sarah? After Jonas' death Sarah remarried to John W. Willliamson and died in 1888, bur. Dunkirk Cem. Hardin County.
