While I don't have info immediately at hand, a good place to start is at the Library, in the History Room. They have a fairly complete collection of the Lancaster City Directory. This is how we started with our home and learned not just the names, but the occupations as well. The city directory generally allows you to look up a location by address, though some of the older ones don't do this. Fortunately the residence listings for your time period aren't overwhelming. In our case, we took a 1914 directory and started scanning every page until we found our address. After that it was easy, once we had a family name. We were even able to track down descendants and get in touch with them to learn more about the house. Hope this helps.
