Marie Mabel was born about 1906 in Richland Twp, Fairfield Co, the daughter of Hardy Tobias GEORGE and Ida May MOHLER. At one time, Marie was the pastor of the United Brethren Church in Jacksontown. During the 1940s, she served as the minister of the Mt. Olive United Brethren Church (in or near Zanesville). I would like to know when and where she died - or if anyone could provide an obituary. They were the parents of three sons - Arthur Wayne WHITTINGTON, b: abt 1923; died in 1946 while serving in the Air Force in the region of the Pacific Ocean. Wilbur Lee WHITTINGTON, b: abt 1927 in Fairfield Co; and John Wallace WHITTINGTON, b: abt 1931 in Fairfield Co.
