Anyway, on what I believe to be page 262 of the Perry County section of THE HISTORY OF FAIRFIELD AND PERRY COUNTIES, OHIO (1883) compiled by A. A. Graham, written by E. S. Colburn and transcribed by Timothy E. Fisher for the Perry Co. Historical Society and found on the web at: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~tfisher/fairfield_perry_history.htm is the following list of voters in Reading Township from 1816 or 1817 (Perry County was formed in 1818 - Reading Twp. was still part of Fairfield County at this time.)
