Hello All, Seeking info on the families of Corbin/Carban WALTON (b. c1798, Shenandoah Co., VA) m. 29 Aug 1819 in Washington Co., MD to Catharine "Minnie" ROOF. The family eventually settled in Ohio. Daughter Elizabeth C. was born in Pickerington, Fairfield Co., OH on 22 Oct 1834. 1840 & 1850 federal censuses show Corbin in Hocking and Violet Twps, respectively. By 1860, he is living in the household of A. J. OWEN and wife Mary (age 37). Perhaps Mary is another daughter? Anyone with additional info on potentially related WALTONs/ROOFs, please be in touch?
