I am trying to find out if the Irvin Rising naturalized 4 Oct 1855 in Lancaster, OH. Irving was from Bavaria. Is he related to Philip Rising who was born in Hartenstein, Bavaria and married Caroline Elizabeth Troth Mcbride on 11 May 1858 in Bainbridge, Ross Co, OH and eventually shows up in Fairfield County, OH?
