Hope you can help I am trying to find out if the Irvin Rising of Bavaria naturalized 4 Oct 1855 in Lancaster, OH was related to Philip Rising who was born in Hartenstein, Bavaria and married Caroline Elizabeth Troth Mcbride on 11 May 1858 in Bainbridge, Ross Co, OH and eventually shows up in Fairfield County, OH?
