I am interested in the records of the "Old Baptist Church/Turkey Run Church." I think the church is in Amanda Township of Fairfield County Northeast of East Ringgold, Ohio. It sets about 1055 feet East of State Highway 188 which runs Northwest out of Circleville, Ohio of Pickaway County. It has an extension of Dillon Road that leads toward the church. It has a cemetery to the left as one sees it from the road. I am under the impression that my ancestor Rev. Tunis Peters served at this church and that he and his wife Farancina Adams Peters is buried in that cemetery. Once while in Ohio I tried to visit the place but the gate at the road was secured with a padlock and I had no contacts to gain access. If anyone could tell me the mailing address of the caretaker I will write to them. If anyone has their telephone number I would really appreciate that. My William Brown & family of 1806 lived 1.7 miles WestNorthWest of the church on property which corners on Ringgold Northern Road and Ashville Fairfield Road. This is the intersection of County Highways 43 and 32. Traveling West from that corner the propetry to the North for the first 1/2 mile and for the next 1/2 mile the proporty to the South was their homestead land. William Brown's Rev.
