Marian Townsend mtownsend@greenapple.com Looking for the parents of Elisha Lacey 1797-1843. He married Rachel Kerr 1797-1846 who was the daughter of John and Rachel Kerr who lived near Rushville, OH. John Kerr was active in the Rushcreek Congregation of the Presbyterian movement under Rev. John Wright. Elisha Lacey was supposed to have been born in Virginia while Rachel was born in Pennsylvania. Actually any one with information on early Laceys in Fairfield County is urged/invited to contact me. There was a William and Matthew here in Fairfield County very early. Thanks. Marian
