Dear Bill, I am also on another mailing list, for Deleware. We just had a discussion on migratory patterns. It seems that many that move out of Deleware went to OHIO. My ancestors moved from Sussex Co., Deleware to Pickaway Co. OHIO by at least 1840's possible 1830's or sooner (just haven't been able to figure out yet). My suggestion (even though a long shot) would be to check out the Deleware Gen Web page and do some fishing around there! Maybe even join the newsgroup there. If that doesn't work. It may be beneficial to research migratory patterns of those coming into Fairfield OHIO, and also look at the groups comings in (eg. Germans, Irish ..... etc.) that may give you a clue.
