First I'd like to say a BIG thank you to Carol Swinehart for providing us with a long-overdue Fairfield County list. I am researching the family of John Pressler b. 1807 Centre County PA, and moved to Fairfield County before 1828. He moved from Fairfield County to Whitley County Indiana in Oct., 1846. While in Ohio he met and married Mariah/Maria Egolf. John's parents were Valentine Bresler and Magdalena ?? I would appreciate any information on siblings of John. The Egolfs came to Fairfield from Montgomery Co., PA in 1827 and in 1837 also moved to Whitley County, IN.
