Looking to prove or disprove that Elizabeth ???? , the wife of Hieronimus/Haronimus Rolle/Roly/Rolley/Roley is the daughter of Jacob Showley and sister of Jacob and somehow related to Casper Shaeffner. The land description follows. Haronimus Roly's Land description was found in Deed Book M-572, 573 dated 23 Oct 1820. This land was bought from Jacob Showley & Ursula his wife and Casper Shaeffner heirs of Jacob Showley deceased all of Fairfield County. Haronimus of Fairfield County, OH paid $200 for part of the S 1/2 of Section 14, Township 16 Range 19 (formerly patented to Jacob Showley on 26 Jul 1805). Beginning at a post in the southeran boundary of said 1/2 section 80 perches from the SE corner of said 1/2 section thence west 80 perches to apost thence N 160 perches to the place of beginning containing 80 acres. Dated 30 March 1820 Recorded 23 Oct 1820. Haronimus/Hieronimus Roley is buried in the Showley Cemetery. It is unknown where Elisabeth is buried - she died about 40 years after he.
