Hello all: I am trying to find out who the parents of James W. RAGAN were. He lived most of his life in Fairfield Co. until 1867 when he moved to Shelby Co. Illinois. He was born in 1827, and died in 1886. I would also appreciate any information on his wife, Ellen SPRINGER, b. 1826, d. 1905. Their children were: Eber A. Ragan, Silas A. Ragan, Addison A.
