    3. Karin & all, The "Index" to the Naturalizations of Fairfield County, Ohio is actually a misnomer - it is the actual records. No further infomation is available on the individuals who are listed! To answer your questions - J16 refers to a volume and CP is Common Pleas Court which is where most of the Naturalizations were.
