However, Henry's mother, Catherine SEITZ Keller, is the sister of my ggg grandfather, Lewis SEITZ Sr., and Henry's father, Henry KELLER Sr. is supposedly the brother of my gggg grandmother, Mary KELLER Beery. Lewis and his family, Catherine and her family and three other Seitz sisters with their families moved to Fairfield County in the early 1800s. Lewis came from Virginia, the others from York County, Penn. Mary Keller Beery died in Virginia, but her husband, Nicholas BEERY Jr., and his second wife and several of his children from both marriages moved from Rockingham County, Va., to Fairfield County. According to the 1924 book, "Descendants of Henry Keller of York County, Pennsylvania and Fairfield County, Ohio," By E.S. Shumaker, your Henry (Henry Jr. in the book) was born 21 Apr 1793, probably in Shrewsbury Township. Also, the book uses the anglicized Hoover instead of Huber. If you have not seen the Shumaker book, LDS has it on microfiche. I only have a handful of pages here at home, but it appears that your information on the children of Henry Keller Jr. and Catharine Huber is more complete than Shumaker's. Hope some of this helps. -- Karl Seitz Researching SEITZ and BEERY in Fairfield County, Ohio.
