Her obituary in the Logan newspaper said she was the city's oldest resident when she died there on September 3, 1891. She married Daniel KITTSMILLER on April 18. 1829, in Fairfield County and lived in Bloom Township until moving to Logan in 1834. Daniel's father, Benjamin, mentions a "grandson Oliver Karnes" in his will in 1852. Was KARNES Anna's maiden or married name? Where was she from and who were her parents?
