I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I'm looking for any information on Mt Carmel Church. It used to stand on Basil Western Rd west of Baltimore Ohio. I believe it was either Presbeterian or Lutheran. I know it stood until at least 1914-1916 time frame, but after that I'm not sure. One story I've heard is it was struck by lightening and burned..........but I don't know if that was true. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated! My great grandparents met there at a church social, and I would love to know what happened to the church. Thanks!
