Best place for quick maps of counties for any state that I found is quickfacts.census.gov Easiest way to do so is a search on google, type in the full name of the State (Ohio) then the words County Map. The one for Ohio is found at: quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/maps/ohio_map.html You will see Shelby is in Western Ohio, about midway down.... Right click on map and "save as" if you want to save a map to your computer... My Atlas does show a Shelby County and a town of Shelby in Ohio. I-75 runs through Shelby County.. It appears to join Logan County. Largest town is Sidney, Ohio. The town of Shelby looks to be near Crestline, Ohio, and on St. Rt. 96, near West Liberty. Hope this helps some one.
