    3. According to the 1895 US Atlas online at: http://www.livgenmi.com/1895/ There was a Shelby County in Ohio. The county seat was Sidney. It was located in the middle of these counties: Logan, Champaign, Miami, Darke, Mercer and Auglaize. Lois in Auburn, CA

    3. Shelby County, Ohio was formed in 1819 from Miami County. It is located in west central Ohio; the county seat is Sidney.     3. Yes, there is a Shelby Co. in Ohio. It is in northwestern Ohio. Counties bordering it are Miami, Champaign, Logan, Auglaize, and Darke.     3. My Atlas does show a Shelby County and a town of Shelby in Ohio. I-75 runs through Shelby County.. It appears to join Logan County. Largest town is Sidney, Ohio. The town of Shelby looks to be near Crestline, Ohio, and on St. Rt. 96, near West Liberty. Hope this helps some one.
