Would patrons please consider handling the increasing & vast personal exchanges privately, rather than posting many exchanges back & forth thru the entire mailing list?? Many of us have had to drop many other mailing lists because they recently have changed to huge personal exchanges and thank-yous etc., leading to so many E-mails, that it was not possible to delete them all, without spending hours each day. Suggestion: Leave each post to specific single or at the most two genealogical messages related to early research at that list [not like my son just graduated from high school, though we are all proud of that]. ALL other messages should be directed to the specific person interested.
