Dale "Rex" Miller was born April 14, 1918, and died May 08, 1976, according to my records. I have not been able to find his obit in the Columbus Dispatch and believe he died in Fairfield County, perhaps Baltimore, OH. How do I find obits from the Lancaster Gazette? Don't know if the paper has a different name now or not. Looking for name of his son and how to contact him. Believe he had a sister named Kathleen but don't think he had any other siblings. His mother was Betty Hite Miller. Kathy in FL.

If that doesn't help let me know and I'll run over to the library and check the microfilm for you. Karen S. Smith
Kathy, There also was a weekly Baltimore paper at this time, so you may want to try this as well. This paper was called the Fairfield Leader. Julia Miller >From: "Karen S. I have had "great" success in locating obits, marriages and births and misc. articles regarding many folks in my trees - I have subscription to an archive newspaper website, ancestry also has these, as do Godfrey Library - I have checked the lists of papers/towns at various websites and for my needs, the company I subscribed to covers my areas better. I had many family in the Fairfield Co. area and have found many obits - It is well worth the cost - to me - in having this subscription. With the company I subscribe to, you can do so on a monthly basis - which is what I do. If you would wish further info, email me OFF LIST please - I am not selling this company, just passing on information. If you have a brick wall, or truly cannot afford this, email me OFFLIST and I will do a search for you to see what I can locate. Sometimes in searching for an obit for (ex.: Mary Jones), it helps to have names of spouse, parents and children and dates and locales - so please be sure to give me more than just a name.
