Fairfield Co., OH Probate Court - Will Records - Vol 5, pg. 465 (Film 245273) Will of Leonard Eaton The State of Ohio, Fairfield County ~ Be it Remembered that on the 26th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five the following paper of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Leonard Eaton late of the County and State aforesaid dec'd was produced in the Probate Court of same County and offered for probate to wit: In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Leonard Eaton do make and publish this my last will and Testament Item: First I do give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Lucina Eaton my farm on which I now live on containing one hundred and fourteen acres together with all my money and personal property of every description for her to have and to hold during her life time and to make such disportion(?) of for her own benefit and the benefit of my legal heirs as she may think fit and proper. Item: 2nd I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Lucina Eaton Executor with full power to pay my funeral expenses, my doctor bill and all other Legal claims that may be presented against my Estate.
