She was born on 17 Aug 1825 near Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was brought to Ohio at age 3 and married John Lane on 15 Nov 1843. They lived in Fairfield County all their married life. She died on 4 Apr 1906. zi do not know what paper the obituary was from. At the top was typed "Picture attached." I would dearly love to find a copy of this paper and get a copy of this picture. My informant dropped completely out of sight at about the time of Desert Storm. Since her husband was a Marine pilot, I hsve always wondered if there was a tragedy in their family. She was quite acive on the Lane family and has gone completely silent since. If anyone has word of Dawn Lee, many of us would like to know of her welfare. Sorry to make this a double query. Jeanne T. Hi List, Thanks to all of you who have purchased or otherwise acquired the listings for the cemeteries in Fairfield Co. I am trying to prove that William Henry Gailey was in fact buried in Forest Rose Cem. He died 08 Aug 1910 in Lancaster, OH and was supposedly buried in Forest Rose on 11 Aug 1910. Is this true? And if it is, does anyone have access to an obit for him? Any help will be gratefully appreciated. Houser (Section 24R) Approximately 300 yards south of SR 204 (Blacklick - Eastern Road) about midway between Pickerington Road (CR 20) and Toll Gate Road (TR 225). At least we are helping the Fairfield Co. Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society! I have purchased 12 of their books so far. Just don't have Greenfield Twp. Cemeteries yet. It is next on my wish list. My Violet Twp. Cemetery book is almost getting "dog eared" from much use. I have 148 people from that cemetery book in my genealogy program. Have identified all but 3 of the people in it with the surname MASON. Primarily chasing descendants of Henry MASON (b. 11 Jul 1802, MD), Jonathan MASON (b. abt 1804, MD), Michael MASON (b. abt 1810, MD), John MASON (b. 11 Dec 1814, MD), David MASON (b. abt 1817, MD), and Nelson MASON (b. 27 Dec 1808, MD). All of them found in Violet Twp. for a portion of their lives. INBODY(etc.), however, is not connected to any of the above. Linda > Your welcome Linda.
