Megan; Here might be one more way to spell the surname. I have a marriage for: John Luphart mar. Mary Dodd-Aug 1825 These are early marriages taken from old news clippings of the Lancaster paper I believe. They are not carved in stone, and are not what you would call complete. Like actual dates, only month and year. Someone had clipped them years ago and pasted them in a scrap book and they were all mixed up. I had xerox copy of the clippings and decided to cross-index them in my spare time for my own use and before I knew it I had crossed indexed about 2500 marriages which equals 5000 entries. The genealogy society is not able to publish them due to the fact they (the church) will not permit it, but they were nice enough to place a copy in the library. I have working on a friends family for them. Her father was Richard Leo DANNER born in Johnstown, Jersey Township, Licking County, Ohio on March 04, 1928. He married Pauline Elizabeth HUSTON in Greenup, Greenup County, Kentucky. Richard was killed in a work accident in Circleville, Pickaway County, Ohio on May 19, 1971. Richard's father was Elmer Barton DANNER born in Hocking County, Ohio on April 29, 1906. He married Lillian Don ROBINSON in Licking County, Ohio on September 15, 1927. They divorced some years later. Elmer died October 01, 1988 in Kingston, Ross County, Ohio. Elmer's father was Charles Henry DANNER born July 1862 somewhere in Ohio. He died in 1954 in Colerain Township, Ross County, Ohio. I have found little information on Charles so far. Anyone who can provide any information or tips would be greatly appreciated. I have requested information from Ross County and the State of Ohio quite sometime ago but have received nothing yet.

Hi everyone! Would like to hear from anyone researching MILLERs in Fairfield County. I have a John MILLER (1777-1856) who came to Fairfield Co from Lancaster Co, PA about 1810. His first wife was a Catherine and they had two sons; William (1801-1847) and John Jr. (1805-1864), who both raised large families in the county. John Sr. also had a daughter who married an ALSPAUGH, but I haven't been able to find out anything about them (not even their names)! Also, I have been trying to track down records of the Coal Mine Church in Fairfield County. It was located near Dumontville and was an Evangelical Church. It was also called the Emanuel Church and later the Olive Church. I think it went out of existence around the turn-of-the-century and haven't been able to find any trace of records.
