    1. [OHFAIRFI-L] Isn't it interesting...
    2. gayle
    3. to see how many people there were in Fairfield County, and to not locate a single live relative. I wonder how the genes in a family work when one person out of six generations is the only one interested in genealogy. I have worked on some of my lines for 30 years, and in all that time have never had a relative respond to a query in the Genealogical Helper, the Fairfield Co quarterly, the Fairfield Co Website, nor this list. Still I will keep hunting seeking from the Clear Creek Twp area primarily HAMILTON, HOFFMAN, SMART, SMITH, ROCKEY, But, to qualify all of that. I do have a step-cousin in Fairfield County. Her Grandpa married my Grandma quite late in life. As nice as Karen is, I guess it really doesn't matter that I am not finding "real" cousins. She is a keeper! Gayle gayle1@wheatstate.com
