Sorry for the confusion. Yes, what I meant was to enter the names into the computer. Do you have a database program such as Microsoft Works? You could use one of the templates for phone lists or address book and enter the names and use the phone number field or address field for the date of the letter. You might have to enter the date like this: 010899 rather than in the typical 01/08/99 fashion.Once entered, you could simply look for the name using the "search" function of the program.
