>>I am interested in the archival info. I have a question you may be able to help me with....I posted part of an old letter from a collection I have that were written to my g. grandmother in Milan, OH. My problem comes with the fact that I donated the originals to Bowling Green s. univ. archives...and have the rights to the letters for 100 yrs. Not sure putting a complete letter (that someone could then use in some way ) would not be violating my own rights or those of the University. Do you have any suggestions.? It is a shame not to share them with other researchers...<< Ruth, When you put information into the archives you retain the copyright to that information. The archives are strictly to share your letters and other memorabilia with other researchers. The archives are a way to consolidate the info so folks don't have to search all over the place to find it. So my answer is you can safely put a copy of the letter into the archives just put on what you told us above about donating them to BGSU and such. Maggie !^NavFont02F03470008NHD8HJ48BAF2
