This is kind of a knotty problem for us. This person isn't subscribed to any of our lists, and is blocked from sending mail to the list server. People regularly report getting spam from her, but it's not clear where she's getting the addresses. I'm still inclined to think that she's scraping addresses off Usenet or the Web: so far everyone she writes to seems to have their address on a Web page someplace. The question remains: what can we do about this? Not much. She's not demonstrably using our systems to send the spam. It's not clear whether we have any kind of relationship with her that would permit us to take action.
