I want to thank everyone for the fast response!!! Looking at this death certificate it stateshis residence was R F D #1 Sandusky Ohio and under it says County Home. Does that mean he was in some sort of home or is this just an address? Would someone know the name of this place? I am sorry if these are silly questions but the layout of this certificate is new to me.
