Hello Greg, I don't know if I can help you much, but I have odds-and-ends of most Vermilion and Florence Twp. families. Unfortunately I don't see anything about Allen, Dolina, or Silas in what I have on-hand(including Cem.records, and local census beginning 1850). Most of the MASONs were living in Florence Twp., Erie Co. in 1850....you can find Florence Twp. records at http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/oh/erie.htm I also have misc. notes about a lot of them, so just ask if you see any that you need more info on. The only two MASONs in 1850 Vermilion Twp. were: family #121 MASON, John c1803, NY; living with him were JOHNSON, Lawrence c1815,NY; Angeline c1826,CT; Ervana c1850,OH. family #166 MASON, Sarah c1806,NY. I would be more than happy to keep alert for any mention of Allen, Dolina, or Silas in this area. I am very interested in keeping track of all of the early families from here.
