My ggg grandfather Edward Hegney/Higney/Heagney was naturalized in Sandusky in 1844. He was born in County Tyrone, Ireland in 1810. I'm wondering if the naturalization papers would have a complete birthdate and the town he was from. Hopefully, these papers do still exist!
