Thus far I have only found an obit for Magdalena Schied Stuckey in the Sandusky Register, April 23, 1915. It reads: "Mrs. Magdalena Stuckey, wife of the late Jacob Stuckey, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George Linder, 1882 Monroe St., Thursday morning at 4 o'clock, aged 80 years, six months and six days. She is survived by her two daughters, Mrs. Linder and Mrs. Philip Rey and one son, Joseph Stuckey, seven grandchildren, and five great children. She had resided in Sandusky for the past 64 years." The same appears in the Sandusky Register of April 24, 1915, with the addition of: "Funeral services Saturday from the residence at 8:15 a.m., and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's church, the Rev. Father J.S. Widmann officiating. Interment in St. Mary's cemetery." I have copies of some of the burial cards from St. Mary's cemetery. Jacob died February 22, 1895, age 64. There is a headstone. Frank died May 17, 1900, age 68, and has a Civil War headstone. His wife, Sophia, died October 9, 1900, age 64; no headstone for her. There is a total of 16 Stuckey family members buried in St. Mary's cemetery, but I haven't as yet determined how (or if) they are all related. Paul C. Miller
