I have been researching the family for a few years and have a lot of, but by no means complete, information of the Ohlemacher family and their spouses. In fact I just recieved an electronic copy of a 1896 newspaper article telling of the "Ghost of Captain Henry Haines" from another Ohlemacher researcher. Henry would be Henrietta's father. I followed the thread on the RootsWeb site and saw the message from Liz. I can tell you with certainty that this is not the Ohlemacher family that John is descended from.
